Jefferies analyst Philip Ng raised the price target on Eagle Materials (NYSE: EXP) to $200.00 (from $193.00) while maintaining a Hold rating.
The analyst comments "EXP is seeing solid vols in cement from infra & data centers, and its investments in Laramie & Duke should provide the foundation for sustained growth & lowcost network. That said, in a soft housing backdrop & imports in cement, EXP's margins are contracting with muted pricing momentum in cement & wallboard."
