Deutsche Bank downgraded MedAssets (NASDAQ: MDAS) from Buy to Hold with a price target of $19.00 (from $23.00). The change follows Q4 results and guidance.

Analyst George Hill said, "MedAssets pre-announced its Q4 results and gave F2015 guidance a week ahead of schedule. Adjusted EPS of $0.39 was in line with Street estimates, but came in behind our estimates by a penny. While Q4 performance was solid, 2015 guidance and executive turnover forces us to take a more cautious view on MDAS shares. Perhaps most unsettling is indications of increased price and margin compressions in the core GPO segment, which forces us to question the sustainability of the company’s margin structure. This instability is more than we can stomach, and accordingly, we are downgrading our rating to Hold on MDAS shares."
