Deutsche Bank Boosts Price Targets in Aerospace & Defense Electronics

Deutsche Bank lifted price targets broadly in the Aerospace & Defense Electronics sector. The firm notes the sector has enjoyed a decent rally year-to-date along with the overall market, with commercial aero stocks up 9% on average [100bps outperformance to the S&P], though large-caps have lagged. "We expect 1Qresults to largely support the move higher, with OE production rates rising, and global airline traffic/capacity growth continuing to support high SD/low DD aftermarket growth," analyst Myles Walton said.
