Democratic Memo on Cannabis Legalization is Positive - Cowen

Cowen's Jaret Seiberg weighed in on Rep. Earl Blumenauer (D) memo outlining a legislative approach to enacting bills to legalize cannabis.

"We see the existence of this memorandum as supporting of our view that the next Congress is likely to pass cannabis-related legislation, including a measure that would permit banks to service cannabis companies," Seiberg commented.
