BMO Capital analyst Michael Goldie raised the price target on Delta Air Lines (NYSE: DAL) to $105.00 (from $100.00) while maintaining a Outperform rating.
The analyst commented: "DAL reported in-line results and better-than-expected fourth quarter outlook. The company’s diversified model is underscored in the current environment in which the airline continues to generate FCF and pay down debt, despite significantly higher fuel costs. We believe consensus currently under-appreciates the unit revenue outlook into Q1/27 and 2027 more broadly, albeit visibility is admittedly low. We increase our EPS estimates to $5.37 from $4.91 in 2026 and to $7.52 from $6.78 in 2027. Our target price is increased to $105 (from $100), and we maintain our Outperform rating."
