DA Davidson analyst Peter Heckmann downgraded Q2 Holdings (NYSE: QTWO) from Neutral to Underperform with a price target of $52.00.
The analyst commented, "We are lowering our rating on Q2 to UNDERPERFORM from Neutral as we feel the current valuation will make it difficult to generate attractive returns from current levels over the next year. While we expect Q2 to continue to be one of the stand-out growth names in FinTech, we have been frustrated by consistent push-outs in margin expansion."
