Credit Suisse Upgrades DCT Industrial Trust Inc. (DCT) to Neutral

Credit Suisse upgraded DCT Industrial Trust Inc. (NYSE: DCT) from Underperform to Neutral with a price target of $40.00.

Analyst G. Auerbach commented, "DCT reported solid 4Q'15 result and a better than expected outlook for 2016. Based on an increase in our estimates and NAV (see below) along with a pullback in the stock YTD we are upgrading the stock to Neutral from Underperform as we no longer find the shares expensive relative to their growth profile."
