Craig-Hallum Downgrades Ultra Clean (UCTT) to Hold

Craig-Hallum analyst Christian Schwab downgraded Ultra Clean (NASDAQ: UCTT) from Buy to Hold with a price target of $13.00 (from $15.00).

Schwab see limited upside in the near term until they have better visibility regarding a WFE spending recovery in
2020. They are also concerned regarding the lack of leverage in the model without a meaningful recovery in WFE given the additional OpEx and cost of debt associated with the Quantum Global acquisition.
