Cowen Upgrades Accretive Health (ACHI) to Outperform

Cowen upgraded Accretive Health (OTCBB: ACHI) from Neutral to Outperform with a price target of $5.00.

Analyst Charles Rhyee commented, "We upgrade shares of ACHI to Outperform from Market Perform following the announcement it has renewed and expanded its existing MSA with Ascension. While the related dilution is massive to existing shareholders, they receive visibility on 3-yrs of revenue and a significant capital infusion we see put towards driving organic growth outside Ascension."
