Cowen analyst Nick Yako initiates coverage on Checkpoint Software (NASDAQ: CHKP) with a Market Perform rating and a price target of $120.00.

The analyst comments "CHKP's renewed focus on the channel and investments in sales & marketing coupled with its emerging cloud product suite could help alleviate ongoing share losses. While its CloudGuard family of products, including recently acquired Dome9, is experiencing some initial success, it remains unclear if these offerings can offset product revenue declines."
