RBC Capital analyst Jimmy Shan raised the price target on Colliers International (NASDAQ: CIGI) to $185.00 (from $175.00) while maintaining an Outperform rating.
The analyst commented: "One can nitpick on leasing again, but the difference this quarter is that most other lines of businesses outperformed. CM saw a nice rebound. Engineering was particularly robust, driven by a series of attractively priced tuck-in acquisitions and +8% organic growth. IM fundraising is gaining some momentum. Bottom line: we see an improving operating outlook and revise our estimates higher. And with 2025 AEPS growth closer to its large global broker peer, we see multiple upside in the near term. Maintain OP."
