Piper Sandler analyst Michael S. Lavery raised the price target on Coca-Cola (NYSE: KO) to $95.00 (from $88.00) while maintaining an Overweight rating.
The analyst commented: "Sustainable Runway Of Growth; KO delivered on high expectations and continues to deliver best-in-class execution. Its consumer-centric mindset continues to drive out-performance, and we expect it to continue to effectively tailor insight-based marketing campaigns. It continues to have nice momentum globally, now with a likely incremental volume lift from its global beverage partnership with Marriott, and we expect continued upside to its long-term organic sales growth expectations. We raise our 2026E EPS from $3.25 to $3.27 (-$0.02 FX hit) and our 2027E EPS from $3.50 to $3.51 (-$0.04 FX hit). We raise PT from $88 to $95, now using ~27.0x C27E EPS (prior: ~25.0x) on its strong global growth outlook."
