Citi analyst Daniel Grosslight reiterated a Neutral rating and $129.00 price target on Cardinal Health (NYSE: CAH).
The analyst comments "This morning, CAH disclosed that FY25 adj. EPS will come in towards the top end of the guided range ($7.75-$7.90), primarily driven by continued Pharma strength (LINK). This is largely in-line with our expectations noted in our recent 2025 Outlook (LINK). During their presentation at an investor conference at 12:00 PM ET today, we expect the company to point to many of the secular tailwinds it called out during our recent fireside chat (LINK) including continued a favorable utilization environment, generic stability, and specialty strength. We also expect to hear a fulsome update to their MSO strategy including growth in homegrown Navista, ION/GIA updates, and further integration of Specialty Networks. We are also looking forward to an update on the GMPD business, as in our view there is incrementally more risk in this segment, and we think there is more uncertainty in reaching CAH’s $300M EBIT target in FY26."
