Citi analyst Joanna Wuensch downgraded Becton Dickinson (NYSE: BDX) from Buy to Neutral with a price target of $185.00 (from $217.00).
The analyst comments "Given the many moving parts, and the difficulty in forecasting the multiple dynamics, we are downgrading BDX to a Neutral from Buy, and lowering our target price to $185 from $217, based on a 12-14x multiple on our CY26E EPS, or a range of $178-$208. Separately, the Biosciences separation process continues and remains on track for a summer announcement."
