Truist Securities analyst Jasper Bibb raised the price target on Cintas (NASDAQ: CTAS) to $225.00 (from $212.50) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst commented: "Following the company's recent 4-for-1 stock split, we are adjusting our PT to $225 (from our prior split adjusted PT of $212.50) and our 2024 and 2025 EPS estimates (effectively unchanged but updated to reflect the stock split). We are also introducing our estimates for 2027 in our model with this note. Looking ahead to the company's F1Q25 report next week we expect another beat against a more difficult comp due to working day headwinds and normalizing price/employment growth. We think Cintas is poised to continue an impressive beat+raise streak in FY25 even as overall payrolls growth cools. We reiterate our Buy rating."
