Baird analyst Andrew Wittmann lowered the price target on Cintas (NASDAQ: CTAS) to $200.00 (from $209.00) while maintaining a Neutral rating.
The analyst commented: "Incrementally positive. We're not upgrading, but we're more constructive on shares after its 9% sell-off today tied to a modest reduction to its organic growth outlook. CTAS' big multiple requires top-line strength, but the move overlooks exceptional margin performance, elevated M&A activity adding growth and synergy potential, less expensive valuation, as well as an (effectively) all USA play with little tariff and FX risk, uncommon in big cap industrials. Buyback could ramp as well. Net, sell off could allow long-term focused investors a window to add"
