Cantor Fitzgerald reiterated an Overweight rating and $50.00 price target on Aclaris Therapeutis (NASDAQ: ACRS) following the company's announced positive topline data from its two Phase 2 trials of A-101 45% topical solution. ACRS will likely move forward with the twiceweekly formulation since the results were better. Although there was a sizeable placebo rate, Cantor believes physicians will care about the percent of all treated warts that were cleared.
To be conservative, Cantor only has peak sales for A-101 in warts of $120MM. This product could be the first FDA approved treatment for common warts.
