Canaccord Genuity Comments on Warner Chilcott (WCRX)

Canaccord Genuity reiterated their Buy rating on Warner Chilcott (NASDAQ: WCRX) with a price target of $25.00.

"WCRX put up solid top- and bottom-line upside, taking full year EPS higher on what is arguably conservative guidance. The lack of a more aggressive upward stock move is clearly being influenced by the ongoing strategic review," said an analyst with Canaccord Genuity.

"While the process is ongoing and visibility is still limited, what we can say is that, with the stock back to roughly pre-strategic review announcement levels, the market is pricing in little by way of positive outcome. It’s hard to argue for near-term upside into a process where we have limited visibility, but we do think risk/reward is attractive here. No change to BUY or $25 target, which factors in M&A premium."
