CFRA analyst Zachary Warring raised the price target on Caesars Entertainment (NASDAQ: CZR) to $50.00 (from $39.00) while maintaining a Hold rating.
The analyst comments "We raise our 12-month price target by $11 to $50, based on 11x our 2025 adjusted EBITDA estimate and slightly lower than the company's three-year average forward EV/EBITDA multiple, reflecting our view of a stable but lower growth environment for Casinos. We maintain our 2025 and 2026 EPS estimates of $2.25 and $2.50 respectively. Shares of Las Vegas Sands have soared over 60% since April 9 as investors digested tariff talk and better-than-expected data has come out of Macau. We believe shares are fairly valued after the significant snap-back in recent months and have priced in the good visitor data out of Macau. We believe the next 12 months will present more challenges for the industry as Las Vegas and Macau remain stable, but that growth may be challenged as both Macau and Las Vegas post record or near-record revenues and EBITDA."
