TD Cowen analyst Gregory Williams lowered the price target on Cable One (NYSE: CABO) to $448.00 (from $465.00) while maintaining a Hold rating.
The analyst commented: "CABO posted modest downside rev/EBITDA, upside FCF, stable Broadband ARPU but downside Broadband sub losses. CABO encouragingly solved its MBI call option and has capacity for the 2026 convert, but is still looking solve its Broadband "PxQ" revenue equation. Mgmt. looks for 2025 Broadband rev growth, but with continued relentless and growing new competition, balanced Broadband growth remains TBD.
Cable One posted modest downside 4Q24 revenue/EBITDA, upside FCF, encouragingly stabilized its Broadband ARPU, but delivered downside Broadband sub losses."
