Benchmark analyst Matthew Harrigan reiterated a Buy rating and $250.00 price target on T-Mobile US, (NASDAQ: TMUS).
The analyst commented: "We maintain our Buy rating and $250 price target moving into tomorrow’s post close earnings. The PT is arrived at off management’s September Investor Day
guidance through 2027 and applying a multiple to relative growth approach using S&P 500 valuation parameters. We will certainly review the PT following earnings although Benchmark’s 20x normalized Shiller P/E assumption is a multiple below where the index is already trading relative to 2025 earnings and assumed sustainable post forecast Core EBITDA – CapEx growth is a quite reasonable 2.5%. T-Mobile should continue to generate superior results compared to MNO peers with $50B in capital returns through 2027 buffering market volatility."
