Benchmark Raises Price Target on InfoSpace (INSP) Following Strong Q4 Results

Benchmark is reiterating its Buy rating on shares of InfoSpace (NASDAQ: INSP), while raising its price target from $14 to $15.

The company reported strong quarterly results as sales rose 34 percent year over year. INSP also offered solid Q1 revenue and EBITDA guidance as its midpoints call for $75 million and $10.5 million.

The strong quarterly results has the firm raising its FY12 EBITDA estimate from $29 million to $37 million. Benchmark also raised its FCF estimate by $0.20 per share to $1.72 per sahre for 2012.

For Q1 and FY12, the firm forecasts EPS of $0.65 and $1.38.

An analyst at Benchmark comments, "We think this stock has plenty of room for additional upside given our new estimate of $1.72 in proforma 2012 free cash flow per share."
