Barclays on U.S. Staffing: RHI Ramains Top Pick
Analyst, Gary Bisbee, said, "We continue to prefer Robert Half (NYSE: RHI) (Overweight-rated, PT $38) over Manpower (NYSE: MAN) (Equalweight-rated, PT $50) in the next 6-12 months. RHI focuses on professional staffing, which is benefitting from skill shortages and low unemployment among educated workers, and has 72% of revenues from the U.S. By comparison, MAN has ~65% of revenues in Europe and continues to focus on the more economically cyclical generalist (i.e., lower skill) staffing space."
Bisbee thinks MAN is still a good investment long-term, citing strong management and positioning in the employment sector as it begins to move higher.
