Barclays reiterates an 'Overweight' on Visa (NYSE: V) price target of $145.00 (from $142.00).

Analyst, Darrin D. Peller, said, "V reported F3Q12 adjusted EPS of $1.56, beating our estimate of $1.46 and the consensus estimate of $1.45. We attribute $0.02 of the beat versus consensus to better-than-expected top-line strength, with lower expenses accounting for $0.01, and a lower adjusted effective tax rate accounting for the remaining ~$0.08."

Peller says that despite V's performance year-to-date, the stock still has room to run, as the company is soundly positioned to achieve EPS growth of 20%. FY12 EPS estimate raised from $6.05 to $6.10 and FY13 from $7.07 to $7.18.
