Barclays maintains an 'Overweight' on O'Reilly Automotive (NASDAQ: ORLY) price target raised from $100 to $110.

After meeting with corporate management, Alan M. Rifkin, said, "Management still believes revenues from legacy CSK stores can increase from $1.3M to $1.8M. However, we continue to believe that revenues over a 5-year period post-conversion will be significantly above this, around $2.5M...Management reiterated 2012 FCF guidance of $600 - $650M and continues to target adj.-debt-to-EBITDAR of 2-2.25x, vs. 1.75x as of 4Q."

Rifkin also felt ORLY would be able to continue buying back shares of common stock. Rifkin also raised Q1 EPS from $1.02 to $1.04, FY12 from $4.45 to $4.55, FY13 from $5.10 to $5.20 and FY14 from $5.87 to $6.00.
