Barclays maintains an 'Overweight' on salesforce.com (NYSE: CRM) price target of $169.00.
Analyst, Raimo Lenschow, said, "We are fairly in line with consensus for Q2 with billings, deferred revenue and subscription revenue all looking somewhat sub-seasonal with the Q3 forecast looking more in-line for billings but still sub-seasonal on revenue. We also find that the Number of Transactions grew c. 60% y/y against tough comps, which is fine, although reiterate our view that it is unclear how useful a read this is for billings growth."
CRM reports Q2 on August 23, 2012.
