Barclays maintains an 'Overweight' on Winn-Dixie (NASDAQ: WINN) price target of $11.00.
Barclays analyst says, "WINN had previously reported preliminary 4Q11 results with id's of 3.2% and adjusted EBITDA of $38.0 million. We assume the gross margin narrows by 80 bp, pressured by targeted promotions to drive sales and the inability to pass higher costs along fully. We expect core O&A dollars (ex. D&A and non-cash compensation) to grow by 1.8%."
"On the call we expect WINN to discuss sales and margin trends, changes in
inflation, and the competitve environment. We also expect WINN to provide EBITDA, capital expenditure, and store opening guidance for FY12."
