Barclays maintains an 'Overweight' on Spectra Energy (NYSE: SE), PT raised from $27 to $29.

Barclays analyst says, "We are initiating 2011 quarterly estimates for SE. We have raised our full-year outlook for 2011 while also increasing all numbers in the outer years of our forecast. Our updated numbers reflect our modified price assumptions for natural gas, oil, NGL, and frac spreads."

We are raising our price target to $29 predicated on the weighted average of four valuation metrics: 1) 2012e EPS of $1.95 and P/E multiple of 15.0x, 2) 2012e dividend of $1.08 and yield of 3.80%, 3) EV/EBITDA of 9.0x, and 4) NAV of $28.75. Weightings are 50% dividend yield and 16.7% for other three methods. 4) NAV of $25.96."
