Barclays maintains an 'Overweight' on Oracle (NASDAQ: ORCL) price target of $37.00.

Barclays analyst says, "Oracle will report Q2 12 results on Tuesday, December 20 after market. We are modeling slightly better license growth than the street but are in line with consensus on EPS ($0.57). The two main items of focus for us are the revenue trajectory of the hardware business and the outlook for the coming quarter. We continue to believe that Oracle is running on its own cycle with a large opportunity to sell its Exa product family into its large installed base and we maintain our rating."

"Focus on cloud: Following the acquisition of RightNow we believe the company will spend some time discussing its cloud strategy. Oracle is now aggressively embracing the cloud theme and we would expect further news flow here in the coming months."
