Barclays maintains an 'Overweight' on Merck (NYSE: MRK), PT $41.
Barclays analyst says, "We are updating our MRK model to reflect updates to pipeline catalysts as well as an anticipated 3Q 2011 launch of Victrelis. Our FY11 EPS estimates remain unchanged."
"Our 2011 and 2012 revenue estimates are $47,387m (+3% YoY) and $47,680m (+0.6% YoY), respectively. We forecast 2011 and 2012 EPS to be $3.74 (+9%) and $3.86 (+3%), respectively. MRK management guided revenue growth in the low-mid single digits for 2011 and a non-GAAP EPS of $3.66-$3.76."
