Barclays maintains an 'Overweight' on Altera (NASDAQ: ALTR) price target of $42.00.
Analyst, C.J. Muse, said, "Supported by the recent pullback in shares, vision that we are at a bottom with sentiment to gaining leverage to comm infrastructure recovery improving, and finally overblown 28nm share concerns, we continue to highlight ALTR as one of our top picks in Semis."
"Our CY12 revenue/EPS estimates move to $1.96B/$1.95 (old $2.04B/$2.10,
consensus $1.90B/$1.81) and CY13 to $2.2B/$2.40 (old $2.3B/$2.50, consensus
$2.2B/$2.24)."
