Barclays maintains an 'Equalweight' on Hasbro (NASDAQ: HAS), PT $44.

Barclays analyst says, "With entertainment-driven shipments starting in earnest in 2Q and new initiatives (such as Sesame Street, Kre-O, and Monopoly and Battleship Live) in the back half of the year, Hasbro's best quarters in 2011 are yet to come, in our view. However, yesterday's results illustrate the headwinds that toy companies face as retailers continue to work through excess inventories. While we expect the Boys segment to drive growth for the remainder of the year, the other categories (particularly Games & Puzzles) could continue to face challenges over the same time frame."

"We are lowering our 2011E EPS to $2.92 from $3.03, largely reflecting a flow-through of first quarter results. Our 2012E EPS of $3.55 remains unchanged."
