Baird analyst Mircea (Mig) Dobre downgraded REV Group (NYSE: REVG) from Outperform to Neutral with a price target of $55.00 (from $64.00).
The analyst comments: "The merger with TEX has removed the idiosyncratic drivers behind REVG shares, with stock performance now anchored on TEX, given equity component in the deal. REVG has been an outstanding stock, our best performer over the past couple of years. The TEX merger has the potential to create meaningful
longer-term value, but that’s the thesis for a different stock. Mr. Skonieczny has created considerable shareholder value as REVG CEO; he will not be staying on with newco/TEX, but we do hope that our paths will cross again."
