Baird analyst Eric Coldwell downgraded Quest Diagnostics (NYSE: DGX) from Outperform to Neutral with a price target of $194.00.
The analyst comments: "We are downgrading DGX to Neutral and maintaining our Outperform rating on LH.
Arguably, this is a 50/50 call, and we could lean either way on each. Objective math says risk/reward is too balanced to stay positive; instinct says there’s a lot going right in the space and the tape tells us the Street is onboard despite PAMA risks. We’re giving LH some leash for a host of reasons, though tactically we’d be better buyers lower."
