BMO Capital analyst Brian Pitz reiterated an Outperform rating and $1,425.00 price target on Netflix (NASDAQ: NFLX).
The analyst commented: "We continue to be bullish on the name given record-breaking KPop Demon Hunters viewership data, an attractive content slate in 2H25E, and a strong slate lineup in 2026E. Netflix continues to trade above its 5-year average, while AI tailwinds should continue to proliferate with multi-year benefits, including CGI/VFX products and production workflows, which also drive user engagement. We expect incremental growth in 2026E driven by a strong content lineup, the Spotify podcasting deal, push further into gaming, and AVOD ramp-up. Reiterate Outperform and $1,425 target price."
