AudioCodes (AUDC) PT Raised to $8 at Needham & Company

Needham & Company raised its price target on AudioCodes (NASDAQ: AUDC) to $8.00 (from $6.00) while maintaining a Buy rating following solid results.

Analyst Richard Valera commented, "AUDC reported solid 4Q16 results and provided initial 2017 guidance ~in line w/consensus, but we think with some room for upside. The company's UC SIP business, which has significant exposure to Skype for Business (SfB), showed strong growth and is forecast to see 20% y/y growth in '17 as it benefits from accelerating deployment of the SfB CloudPBX option. While the company's declining media gateway business remains a headwind, it showed encouraging stabilization in C2H16 and continues to drop as a percent of revenue. AUDC shares have had a strong move over the last year, but at 12-13x ex-cash C'18 NG EPS are still not expensive, in our opinion. We maintain our Buy rating while increasing our PT to $8 (was $6), or ~16-17x our new ex-cash C2018 NG EPS estimates."
