Argus downgraded Whole Foods Market (NASDAQ: WFM) from Buy to Hold.

The downgrade comes as shares have surpassed the firm's $50 price target and are now trading at close to their assessment of fair value. Shares have outperformed the S&P 500 by 25% since they recommend the stock following disappointing earning in May. They now sees shares performing in-line with the S&P 500
