Jefferies reiterated a Buy on AOL, Inc. (NYSE: AOL) and raised its price target to $50.00 (from $39.00). AOL recently reported Q3 earnings and revenue that beat estimates, and raised its guidance. The above consensus results were driven by solid network performance, said analysts.

For the past 6 consecutive quarters AOL has had year-over-year growth in advertising revenues, and the Access subscriber churn rate has consistently decreased - from 3 percent in 1Q10 to 1.7 percent by the end of 2Q12, noted analyst Brian Pitz.

"While the market arguably is not ascribing much value to AOL’s Media assets, we believe that that there are some valuable assets when you look under the hood," said Pitz.
