uniQure (QURE) Announces Resignation of Paula Soteropoulos from Board

On April 9, 2024, Paula Soteropoulos notified the board of directors (the “Board”) of uniQure N.V. (NASDAQ: QURE) that she will not stand for re-election as a non-executive director when her current term expires at Company’s 2024 annual meeting of shareholders. Ms. Soteropoulos’ decision was not the result of any disagreement between Ms. Soteropoulos and the Company, its management, the Board or any committees thereof on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.​
