Zymeworks (ZYME) Announces Resignation of Hollings C. Renton

On October 15, 2024, Mr. Hollings C. Renton submitted his resignation from the board of directors (the “Board”) of Zymeworks (NASDAQ: ZYME), including as chair and member of the Board’s compensation committee, effective December 10, 2024 (the date of the Company’s 2024 Annual General Meeting of Stockholders) (the “Effective Date”). Mr. Renton’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
