Yelp (YELP) Announces Upcoming Resignation of Chris Terrill from Board

On March 25, 2025, Chris Terrill notified the board of directors (the “Board”) of Yelp (NYSE: YELP) of his decision not to stand for reelection to the Board at the Company’s 2025 annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). Mr. Terrill will remain a member of the Board and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board until the Annual Meeting, with his resignation from such positions to be effective upon the election of directors at the Annual Meeting
