On July 8, 2024, Mr. Yuhua Huang resigned as a Chief Financial Officer of Wetouch Technology (NASDAQ: WETH). Mr. Huang’s decision to resign was not the result of any disagreement with the Company, the Board of Directors (the “Board”), management, or any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
