WM Technology board member Gonzalez to resign September 2

WM Technology Inc. (NASDAQ: MAPS) announced that board member Olga Gonzalez will resign from the company's board of directors and all board committees effective September 2, 2025.

Gonzalez notified the company of her resignation decision on August 25, 2025, according to a company statement. The resignation was not based on any disagreement with the company or matters relating to its operations, policies or practices, the company said.
