Verizon adds Coca-Cola executive to board of directors

Verizon Communications Inc. (NYSE: VZ) appointed Jennifer K. Mann to its board of directors on August 25, 2025, according to a company statement.

Mann serves as Executive Vice President and President of the North America Operating Unit at The Coca-Cola Company. She will participate in the standard compensation program for non-employee directors as outlined in Verizon's proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 7, 2025.

The company has not assigned Mann to any board committees at this time.
