TopBuild (BLD) Announces Retirement of President of Specialty Distribution Robert J. Franklin

On March 14, 2024, Robert J. Franklin notified TopBuild (NYSE: BLD) of his intention to retire from the Company as President, Specialty Distribution, effective October 1, 2024. Mr. Franklin will remain with the Company until his retirement to facilitate a transition of his duties. Mr. Franklin’s retirement is not a result of any disagreement with the Company. The Company thanks Mr. Franklin for his service and contributions to the Company and wishes him well as he looks forward to his retirement.
