Thoughtworks (TWKS) Appoints Michael Sutcliff as CEO and President

On June 17, 2024, Thoughtworks (NASDAQ: TWKS) appointed Michael Sutcliff, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and President, to the board of directors of the Company (the “Board”), effective immediately. Mr. Sutcliff will serve as a Class III director with a term expiring at the Company’s 2027 annual meeting of stockholders.
