Teladoc (TDOC) Announces Resignation of Chief Accounting Officer

On April 8, 2024, Mr. Richard J. Napolitano, Chief Accounting Officer (Principal Accounting Officer) of Teladoc (NYSE: TDOC) informed the Company of his decision to resign, effective May 3, 2024, to pursue another career opportunity. Mr. Napolitano’s decision is due to personal reasons and is not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices. The Company thanks Mr. Napolitano for his years of service.
