On March 11, 2024, Mr. Shiu Leung (Fred) Chan resigned as a director of Super Micro Computer (NASDAQ: SMCI) in order to focus on family owned business projects. Mr. Chan served as chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and a member the Audit Committee. His resignation from the Board was not because of any disagreement with the Company. The Board expresses its gratitude to Mr. Chan for his service to the Company, and wishes him the best in his future endeavors.
