Sunlink Health Systems (SSY) Announces Resignation of Howard E. Turner from Board

On July 11, 2024, Howard E. Turner resigned from the Board of Directors of Sunlink Health Systems (NYSE: SSY) effective as of that date. At the time of his resignation, Mr. Turner's resignation was voluntary and not because of any known disagreement with SunLink on any matters relating to SunLink's operations, policies or practices. Mr. Turner was a member of the Executive Committee of the board. A copy of Mr. Turner's resignation is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
