Steelcase (SCS) director Kate Pew Wolters to retire from board

On February 19, 2024, Director Kate Pew Wolters notified Steelcase Inc. (NYSE: SCS) that she intends to retire from the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) when her current term ends at the Company’s 2024 annual shareholders’ meeting and therefore asked that she not be nominated for re-election. Ms. Wolters has been a member of the Board since 2001. Ms. Wolters has indicated that she is retiring from the Board for personal reasons and not because of any disagreement with the Company on any matter.
